The End Times!
In the Bible, Matthew Chapter 24, Jesus warned us that there will always be wars and wars and rumors of wars! Here we are in the year of Our Lord 2024. We look at Gaza, we look at Israel, we look at the Ukraine, we look at Russia and we look at the United States. There are 50 conflicts or more raging in the world today. Why? Why oh why can't We Be Friends? The most base of all emotions and causes of conflict, man's greed and love of stuff!
But of course, for all of written history given in the Bible, we are told to prepare for the end of time. An excellent read can be found at the following link. The writer Chronicles quite well seven clear signs of the end times. His message is basically we are there! Even if you are not a Christian, you can clearly see prophecy unfold in the article. I will summarize for you the seven signs that are prevalent today.
1. The Holocaust and the re-emergence of Israel.
2. Jerusalem is a burden to the world.
3. The dramatic increase in travel and knowledge.
4. Exponential growth marks the times in wars, hurricanes and earthquakes.
5. Rise of the GOG / Magog alliance. This is Russia aligning with other countries mostly- Middle Eastern and African
6. The rise of global government and a single world leader.
7. The Good News is preached throughout the entire World.
Certainly, the seven signs are very prevalent today throughout the world. There's no doubt in my mind we are facing the end times. No! Jack Boomer Johnson is not Nostradamus but he is a student of The Book of Revelations.
So, if you chose to read the article, the Seven Signs of the End of Times, by Brit Gillette, good for you! You're either more afraid for your life and the life of your family members and friends, more at peace or you have become much more of a very doubting and cynical person. Hmmmm?
We Christians do believe that Good has already won! But I for one, don't really want to sit by until Good returns and let wrong be perpetrated on the Innocents.
Many people, both Christians and non-christians choose to lead a hedonistic lifestyle and perhaps play the game of hedging their bets... The Betting Hedge- "Just maybe there is a God and if I believe a little and act a little like there is, then I'll go to heaven or I certainly won't go to hell!"

Several years ago I wrote and sent an invitation to the largest 100 churches in the United States and the thirty largest churches in the San Antonio, Texas area. The invitation was for them to join me and to sponsor in their communities a March to the Flag. To my knowledge, none of the Churches participated. Why? I believe it's because they are afraid of the federal government and they are afraid to speak any truth that appears to be slightly political. Most churches do not understand the concept of separation of church and state. In addition many churches fear the loss of their tax exempt status granted them by Internal Revenue Service.
Our next blog will cover the issue and misunderstanding of the statutes provided by the United States government that Grant churches tax exempt status. In addition, I will tie this blog in with the next blog and term limits and election reform. AND WHY they have not been a part of the United States Constitutional amendments. Oh for sure there's much more to be discussed about the federal government and churches.!
God save us all! Term limits and election reform could still save America.
