Epiphany- The Times They Are a Changin'

I woke up agitated this morning thinking about The U. S. Government.

And the more I thought about the wreckless endangerment that the last five or six or seven administrations have perpetrated on the world and the American people, I became more agitated. Then I saw a brilliant and beautiful sunrise and I realized I have a new day to be a voice not an echo. 

Today is January 6th the day of Epiphany. January 6th means two things to me. First, it's believed to be the day the Magi, the three wise men, visited baby Jesus in the manger at the stable in Bethlehem. That occurred, let's say 2,024 years ago. But there's another meaning for some Americans on January 6th - It's the Day of Wreckening that began in Washington, D.C. on January 6th 2021. There are two schools of thought of course on the supposed insurrection by the somewhat mis-guided Patriots. The first school of thought is- "How could those thugs do that to our government and harm people and cause some deaths thinking that the election had been stolen from Trump?" The second school of thought by many people, possibly millions, is that January 6 was an epiphany about the coming Evolution Revolution. I call it the Evolution Revolution because it is evolving slowly in real time. Some folks would say January 6th, 2021 was the beginning of vast change in our federal government. Years ago Bob Dylan wrote a song titled,  The Times They Are A-Changin' and the song has been covered by at least 10 artists over the years.

The songs message is so true today, some sixty years after it was recorded by Bob Dylan and it suggests a revolution within social, economic, religious, political and military arenas will occur. 

Today, my voice tells me that the insurrection was the beginning of a new revolution. I, of course, would rather see a peaceful transition of power back to the people, for many believe we are a Constitutional Republic based on Democracy. However, that's very far from the truth today, as we see the three-term tyrants, known as the TTT, having a strong hold and stranglehold on our country. They are controlled by special interests, multi- national corporations and foreign interest. Unfortunately, change may only occur through a violent widespread long-term revolution in the United States. 

Today, I will rest easy because I have been a voice for change and simply not an echo in hollow social media and not an echo in fake news. 

Term Limits and Election Reform could prevent a bloody, long term revolution.
